Our commitment
Etchpath is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards so tattoo studios and their clients can use our public website and inquiry forms.
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA for public-facing pages, including our marketing site, client intake forms, and account sign-in flows.
Measures we take
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators on interactive controls
- Text alternatives and semantic structure (headings, labels, landmarks)
- Sufficient color contrast on text and form fields
- Form labels, error messages, and status updates announced to assistive technology
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences in animations
- Ongoing reviews of public pages as features are added
Known limitations
Some third-party content (for example, embedded maps or payment apps) may not fully meet our accessibility targets. Staff-only dashboard areas are being improved on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us — we treat accessibility feedback as a priority.
Feedback and assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Etchpath. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers on our public site or intake forms:
Email: [email protected]
We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and will work with you to provide the information or service through an alternative accessible means when possible.
Technical specifications
Accessibility of Etchpath relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA where appropriate, CSS, and JavaScript. We test with keyboard-only navigation and assistive technologies such as VoiceOver and NVDA as part of our review process.
Assessment approach
We evaluate public pages using a combination of automated checks (for example, Lighthouse and axe), manual keyboard testing, and periodic review of form flows. This statement was last reviewed on .
